Con Edison has been notified to inspect their infrastructure. The Department of Environmental Protection, Department of Transportation, and Emergency Management agency also are responding.

There are no injuries or evacuations reported.

According to the NYC Emergency Management agency, the hole is approximately 15x15 feet in diameter and 20 feet deep.

City officials are responding to a large sinkhole at the intersection.
