Everyone cracking jokes and no one knowing what's going on. Typical Citizen App brilliance.
Was that a civilian they had talking to him on the ground? It looks like they were doing everything they could to keep him calm, and treat him like a human (saw an officer put his shoe back on for him). Looked like a great job by the MPD :) they aren’t all Chauvin
Think it's one of those community group ppl. Like agape
This situation was handled properly in my humble opinion. Not hearing but only visually observing, thank you for the manner in which this played out MPD.
