I'm from a family of cpd and I can tell you they've all resigned & are now working in cities that actually allow them & Expect them to do their jobs & catch the bad guys. It was already impossible before 24 passed. They weren't allowed to do anything that they are trained to do & were just "report takers"after the fact..don't chase, don't engage,don't intimidate the criminals.ugh...it's going to be worse now.much much worse.After the retirements start happening & everyone with skill leaves They will be hiring bottom of the barrel candidates because that's all they can get.once again glorified report takers.So Sad. Rip child. I hope someone pays for what they did to u.
