Here’s the problem…knock it down but don’t build $10,000/month “luxury” units that are all gray but oh wow they have “amenities”
Complain about tax payer funded apartment buildings that are old and falling apart, and at the same time protest the plan to replace those buildings with new construction. SMH
Have they not seen the Bronx building blow out its side yesterday. That's section 9 housing for you.
