We need lock down mental hospitals again. Provide them care but under the same supervision as a maximum security prison. 75% of the homeless are mentally ill and have been put back on the streets again and again. Time for society to safely house and treat them, and society will be safer for it. If we can afford to give billions in foreign aid and for benefits for those who just immigrated here, we have an obligation to care for our own.
