Am very excited about this happening!
I’m concerned. I moved to Baltimore from Chicago two years ago. I live in the HarborView neighborhood and have a nice view of the air show, tall ships, and fireworks. I’m feeling really uneasy. There are people on the roof of my condo building, presumably for security. But with the hovering helicopters, the errant drone in a no drone zone, and the many aviation accidents that have occurred in the past year, I feel like the area of celebration is also a target. It’s a beautiful city here and I welcome the celebration. I just hope everyone can be cautious and just stay inside. Too many nefarious things happening and we know how current administration feels about this city and state. Keep your head on swivel!
