Police say that on Sunday, July 5, at about 2:40 p.m., the individuals displayed firearms and exchanged gunfire at the intersection of East 173rd Street and Fulton Avenue, striking a 16-year-old boy in the right leg. He was taken to a nearby hospital in stable condition. The three fled the location on foot.

Level 1 mobilization point is going to be 173 Street to Fulton Avenue. 173 to Fulton is in regards to a confirmed person shot. In regards, going to be looking for one male perp. He's last, wearing a white shirt, black face, mask, one perp, wearing black t-shirt. Perp last seen fleeing southbound on Fulton Avenue from Parkway, level 1. Regards to a confirmed person shot. In regards, we're looking for one male perp. He's wearing a white shirt, black face mask. We have a one male perp wearing a black t-shirt. Perp, last name Lee, and southbound on 4th and Avenue. Level 1.
