I asked the guy and he said hit and run
No, not a hit&run i saw the black SUV driver wheel was blown and on the rim front was bashed i was circling the blocks looking for parking
There isn’t a second car it was a hit and run
It was not a hit & run I drove past this accident right after it happened. Theres a black SUV on tinton on the right side
