CAT time 2146 hours, in the confines of the 19, receiving a topside 32 of a CVS at 1622 3rd Avenue between East 91 and East 92. Looking for a male, Hispanic, wearing a black shirt, brown pants, and gray shoes, paper towels, and toilet paper was stolen. Fled on foot towards Lexington Avenue, East 91. Also has a gray beard and is possibly 60-years-old.
