They should've had a fire extinguisher on the truck
Everyone is an expert lol
Any private trash company trains its drivers to dump the load in the middle of the street so it can be put out and the truck is possibly saved. Not Baltimore city though. Nope. They just want to stand there and not do anything to make it better. They could literally pull up by that intersection away from houses and dump
