The violence would decrease significantly if people didn’t protect the murderers, robbers, shooters, whatever. When did human lives become so meaningless and unimportant.
Thank you! They need to be prosecuted and put in jail and/or prison. THIS is the direct result of bail reform and raise the age.

This is so so sad. The first person was dead. They dont do cpr on dead people--you can tell if someone is. No breath, no pulse and they don't want to disturb the body or evidence. I cannot tell what's going on with the second person. No matter what they did, to witness this in person or on video is heartbreaking.
