That same thing is going to happen on W 106th and Manhattan Ave They put a cone in the whole upside down.. weird what are they waiting for the whole street to go under??!!!!!!

There been water leaking out for almost a year and nothing was done.

I believe FDNY was there yesterday, had some cones in the pothole..
