I hate Guiliani but he kept the city straight 🙄
He straightened it up in the first place. It seemed like an impossible task. Entire neighborhoods were burnt and desolate. He started by having the windows of burnt buildings boarded up and painted with plants and cats etc. as though they were real windows. It was the first sign of hope in a long time.
What happened with Hockul and Mondami getting social workers helping the mental illness??? They have done nothing!! They are not worried about the American people only their own agenda!!
