She is safe i will be giving her a bath soon she is eatting
It doesn't have to be me but I say let someone on here who wants her have her. Putting her through the shelter adds more stress fear and trauma
I have a crate and everything for transportation. Also the phone camera might be adding to her fear if she was at a place they was training other dogs selling other dogs or fighting other dogs because alot of the time they're being recorded
