My heart goes out to the Homeowner. We are all struggling here in the Bronxs to keep everything above Water and now this dealing with insurance companies the building department just having a place a roof over your head after your mortgage has been paid already. May God help the Homeowner.

As a homeowner who saw this happen to my neighbor it took 7 months for the insurance companies to settle who paid for what in the meantime my neighbor could not occupy the home. The person license needs to be revoked.
