Timeline

An additional four people were arrested from the demonstrators outside City Hall.

Authorities tracked the departing vehicles, and Minnesota State Patrol officers detained three people inside one vehicle, with an additional four arrested in a second apprehension made by Bloomington Police.

Officers responded by ordering the vehicles to move away from the crowd while being struck by multiple objects thrown from the demonstrators.

During the incident, police believe pepper spray was deployed by the demonstrators onto each other.

Police stated that a group of seven people inside two vehicles drove onto the sidewalk and proceeded towards several gathered, opposing demonstrators.
